    CEO - Managing Partner LHM Asia A Hotel Management graduate from the prestigious cole Htelire de Lausanne in Switzerland, Jorge began his career in hospitality as a management trainee at Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort. Returning to his native Switzerland, he was part of the organising team for Expo 02, the 6th Swiss national exposition, before working for Nestle S.A on the development of Nespresso . Jorge returned to Thailand as F&B Director for the renowned Kata Group. He has also worked for SILK & Andara Resort & Villas, and led the opening team of Cape Sienna as F&B Sales & Marketing Manager. Jorge went on to open his own company, Internships & Events Thailand, with Co-Founder and

    owner of Class Act Media, The Phuket News Newspaper, 89.5 Radio and The Phuket News TV. Internships & Events Thailand was appointed by TAT & TCEB to organize the Asian Hospitality & Travel Show. In 2013, he was worked for Maikhao Dream Resorts as Group F&B Director, and was quickly promoted to EAM Manager/Acting GM. In 2013, Jorge founded LHM Asia which benefits from his strengths in marketing, public relations, F&B, events management, recruitment, internships, Spa Management and smart Hospitality solution sales.

  • Francois holds a Bachelors Degree in Hotel Management & Marketing. His experience within hospitality ranges from front office to F&B, and sales management for international brands such as Moevenpick, Louvres Hotel, Ramada, Best Western. After working in France and Switzerland, he moved to Thailand to take charge of online Sales & Marketing for Ramada and Best Western, before accepting a position as General Manager for a 5 star hotel on the island. To make the most of his expertise and to meet an increasing demand for professional consultancy within the hospitality sector, Francois co-founded LHM Asia.

  • Christian career in hospitality spans more than two decades. Fluent in five languages and with a love of travel, the Swiss-Finnish nationals career began with an internship at Eden au Lac, a small luxury hotel in the lakeside town of Montreux, Switzerland. It was during this influential year that Christian discovered his passion for hospitality. He went on to study at the prestigious cole Htelire de Lausanne and in 1999 was awarded a Bachelors Degree in International Hospitality Management. Christians varied and challenging career has taken him around the world, working in countries as diverse as Venezuela and Switzerland. For the past 15 years he has worked in Thailand, nine of which have been with the renowned French hotel group, AccorHotels. Positions have included leading pre-opening teams, and as Hotel Manager at luxurious properties such as the Sofitel Centara Grand Resort & Villas, Hua Hin, and the Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit. Prior to joining LHM Asia, Christian was General Manager at Sofitel Phokeethra Krabi Golf & Spa Resort.

    Christian is a valuable asset to LHM Asia. His proven international experience of managing luxury properties, from the day to day running of the hotel to project planning and implementation, has given him valuable insight into the challenges and rewards working within the hospitality industry. Having worked in Thailand for 15 years, Christian also has the unique advantage of understanding the local business environment and culture which is key to success for any business enterprise.
